7 Comments Don’t You Just Hate Link Building?
I know many affiliates out there spend hours, days, weeks or even months developing a website and getting it chocka full of content and then if like me, the next step is a dreaded one. I simply HATE link building. I HATE it with a passion. Not that I am unsociable, but I simply can’t be bothered with this time consuming, yet essential, step in promoting your website..
- First of all you have to take time out to find relevant sites which you wish to swap links with.
- You need to find a contact email address, and preferably a name in order to make the email personalised.
- Next you need to write a personal email as to why you would like to swap links with said website.
- It’s always wise to have their website link in place before approaching them so you can show them you are serious about reciprocal links.
- Finally you need to check and keep tabs of who has said yes, who said no and any links out of date.
Now you can see why I, and many other affiliates find it a pain in the ass!
