Great news! MSN Adcenter are upgrading this coming Saturday and expanding negative keyword management to the campaign level. How does this help? Well as MS puts it;
Negative keywords help to prevent your ad from being displayed to customers who are unlikely to click your ad. When you create negative keywords at the campaign level the changes apply to all ad groups in the campaign.
However, and more importanly, it means that you can ensure (as much as is possible) that your advert doesn’t show when it comes to Brand Bidding at campaign level!
Their email goes on to highlight several of the latest features advertisers are using to better manage campaigns;
- Editing your keywords in bulk and previewing ads
- Creating multiple account performance reports and new
information on misspelled keywords - Importing campaigns from other search advertising programs

According to the Adcenter homepage this upgrade has been postponed. Doesn’t say why or until when. I’m still finding Adcenter to be pretty rough round the edges so hopefully the delay is down to them doing a bit of filing off.
