The REAL A4UExpo Awards

I am still, believe it or not, writing up a post from the A4U Expo highlighting both the positive points, and areas which I think could be fine tuned for next year (believe me… there are very few!). I am also actually putting into practice some things I picked up from the seminars, which many of you know, is simply unheard of!

Anyway, in the meantime, I didn’t want to delay any further, and can confirm the winners of the prestegious FROSTIE EXPO AWARDS…

Best Pen Award
OMG – Beautifully crafted wooden pen (I presume from a contained forest). Smooth rolling producing effortless doodles in a blue colour.

Best A4U Expo Stand
Buy.At – A bar with ladies behind it plying you with alcohol.
A close 2nd was UK Web Media with a cocktail bar… sadly served by blokes.

Best Theme
Affiliate Window – First Aid Kit, tablet jar containing Jelly Beans and all staff in doctors uniforms attending my affiliate needs. What more could you ask for….. nurse uniforms next time? Obviously not Kevin, just the ladies :p

Best Freebie
Affilinet – Trays of Cookies that were simply LUSH!

Strangest Freebie
Ebay – Some contraption that causes similar injuries to that of stretching an elasitc band so far that it snaps flying back stinging your fingers in the process.

Best Prizes
You are all losers! – Yup, Frostie didn’t win a thing despite offloading 1,524 business cards! Can you please post them back to me?

Dodgiest Give Away
Affiliate Future – How many fortune cookies did you originally order? The fact that the fortune inside it says “Affiliate Future – 2004 is going to be a good year for you” is simlpy wrong!

Most Accommodating Stand
ExistemAM – Seemed to be THE Place to stop off when you wanted to rest your feet, or delve into your nose bag at lunchtime.

Targeted Media (Shane Robinson) – Simply because he too had all in one outfits… the way forward my friend…
