My A4U Expo Votes Go To

Voting for the A4U Awards closes on Friday 19th October, so if you haven’t yet done so check out who is on the short list, get your skates on, and vote now! The awards will be presented at the A4U Expo being held in London (25th/26th October) and the buzz is really starting to grow following confirmation that the A4U Expo is now officially a sell out. For merchants, networks or agencies that have been slow on the uptake of stands, they will now have to wait until next year.

This means that for us affiliates, we will be attending an exhibition hall that is simply jam packed with over 40 stands all of which are related to the Affiliate Marketing industry we’ve come to love and enjoy. Let’s not forget all the speakers that will be presenting and helping affiliates, networks and merchants, offering them advice on how best to handle affiliates, how to start or improve their affiliate programmes and how to manage relationships and expectations.

It’s still not too late to order your A4U Expo pass, but be warned, you will need to properly plan you 2 days as there is so much taking place! To help you plan your 2 days, take a look at the agendas:

So who am I voting for?
Well, to be honest I am not going to say. All of my nominations have made it through to the short list which I am cuffed about, as it shows that these people, networks and agencies aren’t simply providing me with a good service, but are providing the industry as a whole.

Sure, I could go on to say I voted for this person, or that network, but I don’t wish to compare against others… although I may benefit by doing so, in terms of free Peroni at Christmas time! I think everyone who is shortlisted, deserves to be, and that in itself shows that they are going about things in the correct way, one that is appreciated by us affiliates and others in the industry.

Those who aren’t shortlisted, should use it to their advantage and make it their job to find out why they weren’t shortlisted, listen to the feedback, apply changes where possible, and be in the short list next year.
