Frostie Speaks Out At The A4U Expo

tommy Frostie Speaks Out At The A4U Expo I’ve finally got round to confirming my acceptance as a speaker at the A4U Expo being held at the London ExCeL in October. I am due to join 3 other’s representing all 4 corners of the affiliate industry, Hero Grigoraki (Client Services Director, Webgains), Richard Clark (Marketing Manager, DSG International PLC) and someone from the agency Equator I believe.

The topic is one that’s a bit of a hot potato at the moment, Effective Voucher Code Implementation, and I expect it to be quite full and generate a good discussion and Q&A following the initial presentation. The sessions is due to take place between 11:00 – 12:00 on Day 2, in the Platinum Rooms 5 & 6. I’m guessing that from the start times, I’ll have to curb my usual drinking habits to ensure I am in some fit state, turn up on time and don’t doze off halfway through ;)

Get your rotten tomatoes and eggs at the ready!

    Hey Chris,

11 o’clock on day two. Ouch ! It might be easier for you just to stay up all night !

Is that rotten tomato what everybody will be throwing at Mark Pearson at MyVoucherCodes for flouting every rule in the book and giving affiliate marketing a bad reputation? :)

He certainly needs to attend your session on voucher codes, but he’ll prob. be too busy on his PC scheming up new unethical schemes to make money.

That’s one session I’ll be looking forward too, I often wondered how to do it effectively ;-)

I also look forward to this session since I am still learning a lot about the implication of sending voucher codes to affiliates.

I think this is going to be a very interesting session for everyone to attend (and I’m not saying it because I’m participating!).

It’s great to have you there, Chris, I’m sure your views will be a great contribution to getting all views heard and raising issues from the affiliate’s perspective.

To confirm the panel: I’ll be moderating representing the networks, Richard Clark from DSGI (Dixons group) will be representing the merchants, Martin Jordan from Equator will give us the agency perspective and Chris will be the affiliate voice.

I currently need some information on how to set up and ran an affiliate voucher codes website like myvoucher.co.uk

Finding it hard to source information on the business model, Market size and how such site makes a profit.

    Any help will be welcome.
